We appreciate this can be a hard decision and things might feel difficult or tough now, but by choosing to provide your contact details we are able to provide you with the right support whilst maintaining confidentiality.
Reporting the incident is just the first step and does not always initiate formal complaints process - the choice remains with you. However, there may be occasions where we have an immediate concern and believe there is a threat to a person’s health or safety and appropriate action will need to be taken by the organisation.
Any information you provide will remain confidential and will only be passed on to relevant staff on a strictly need to know basis.
