Every one of us can experience difficult situations which can affect how we think and feel. When you are facing challenges that are affecting your wellbeing, there is support available for every member of staff.

You can access 24/7 support over the telephone from our Employee Assistance Programme 'VIVUP’. You can access this service by phoning 03303 800658.

Counselling

Our Employee Assistance Programme have trained counsellors, able to provide up to 6x sessions of telephone counselling to help you with a specific issue you may be experiencing. You can self-refer by calling 03303 800658.

In-house 1:1 support
