Union support and advice
Unions were created to support members in the workplace. Their role is to protect members' rights and ensure they are treated fairly. You can find out if a union can help you or you might want to find out more about joining a union.
The Trust has an excellent working relationship with our Staff Side and recognises the vital role that they play in our organisation. Staff Side is made up of representatives from recognised trade unions and professional organisations and who represent and campaign on behalf of all groups of staff.
